Asset Management
The Saxo Bank Asset Management Group has three operational levels:

Mr. Steen Jakobsen
Executive Director, Asset Management
Asset Management runs and initiates all risk and the Supervisory Board monitors whether the Strategy trades according to its predefined strategy. Mr. Steen Jakobsen, B.Sc. in Economics, born in 1964, has an extensive background in international banking including senior positions in Chase Manhatten, Swiss Bank Corp and UBS. He brought his senior international experience in trading to Saxo Bank in August 2000 and designed the present model underlying Saxo Bank's Managed FX Strategy.

Mr. Michael Hurup Andersen
Senior Manager - Asset Management. Main responsibilities are to assist the CIO with trading, risk management and initiation of new research programs and investment activities.
Michael holds a B.Sc. in Ecomomics from Aalborg University/ M.Sc in Finance from Aarhus School of Business and joined Saxo Bank July 2004 in Sales Trading/ FX Options Market Making. Joined Asset Management as Head of Execution early February 2008 after a period in Corporate Advisory at Nordea Markets.

Mr. Michael Langerup Jensen
Sr. Associate, supports the CIO with execution of the day to day operations.
Michael holds a B. Sc. / M. Sc. in finance from Copenhagen Business School and an MBA from Case Western Reserve University. Michael joined Saxo Bank in November 2007 with a background in fund of hedge funds.

Ms. Martha M. Marriner
Market Analyst, supports the CIO with the execution and administration of the day to day operations.
Martha joined Saxo Bank in 2007 after studying at Sydney University and the Financial Services Institute of Australasia. Prior to joining Saxo she worked in the Private Wealth Management department at Macquarie Bank in Australia.

Mr. Olof Lindgren
Student Assistant, supports the CIO with reporting and day to day operations.
Olof is currently enrolled at Copenhagen Business School in the International Business program. Olof joined Saxo Bank in 2007, and left Institutional for Asset Management in November.
